Yin Yoga


Yin Yoga is a gentle, passive form of yoga which offers deep healing of the tendons and connective tissue through holding different yogic poses for an extended period of time, whilst also re-balancing the emotional body.

Yin Yoga strengthens the immune system, releases stress by lowering Cortisol levels and revitalises the physical body.

The most magical aspect of Yin Yoga is that it is a form of yoga open toeveryone regardless of age, flexibility or fitness level. Our oldest client is 83 and bale to manage a full class, feeling relaxed and invigorated.
