Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini Yoga incorporates an uplifting blend of movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Using sound, breath, and posture, Kundalini Yoga aims to develop spiritual awareness by freeing the latent energy that is coiled in the base of the spine and drawing it upward through the seven chakras.

 

As a Communications Director I spent most of my life as a corporate animal – travelling internationally, representing global companies and serving as board member for different institutions. I recently changed careers becoming a psychologist and a business coach. I’ve attended Tara’s yoga classes for the past 13 years and I attribute a significant amount of my success to the clarity and courage gained through Tara’s unique approach to the practice of Yoga and other services she offers.
